Refund policy

We guarantee to refund any Homeys you are not completely happy with when you return them to us in a saleable and unworn condition within 14 days of dispatch. We will not refund or exchange after this period. We do not accept ANY worn/faulty returns after 6 months. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note, any Homeys product not purchased directly via our website will need to be returned/replaced/refunded by the original retailer. We do not offer free returns.

Our Christmas 2025 returns period will be extended, any Homeys purchased between 1st November and 25th December 2025 can be returned up until, and including Monday 19th January 2026, after this date, a gift voucher will be issued. (NB Any worn or damaged returns will not be refunded, see below for more info)

Our aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item subject to the following criteria.

– Items must be in their original unused condition
– Items must be sent in their original packaging including bag, stuffing and hang tag
– Items can only be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch (see Christmas delivery exception above)

We will offer a refund or exchange (please check if size & style is available) within 14 days of dispatch. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order. We do not refund any difference in value if an exchange product is cheaper than your original purchase.

Delivery and return delivery is non-refundable on non-faulty products. If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery. Faulty items are at the discretion of Homeys Ltd.

Homeys will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the return process.

Homeys accept no responsibility for any returns lost in transit and therefore recommend all returns be sent by registered means. Details of how to return your item/s will be supplied with your order and can be found at https://www.homeys.co.uk/pages/contact. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Please retain proof of posting/courier and arrange the relevant compensatory cover for the items.

Please note that your refund will be processed within 5-7 days from receipt of your return. Once Homeys receives processes and accepts your return, you will receive an e-mail, which confirms your refund. After the e-mail confirmation, the refund will be processed according to the criteria stated above.
