Delivery to Mainland UK

We aim to deliver to mainland UK within 2-3 working days following the date your order is despatched. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and a tracking number*. Orders are dispatched same day (Monday to Friday) if placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday and all orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be despatched the following Monday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday, Christmas Eve/Day/New Years Day or Good Friday will not be dispatched until the next working day. If you amend your delivery address via the couriers website or app, this may delay your delivery by a few days as your package will be returned to your local depot to be relabelled. To prevent this delay, please select the correct delivery address at checkout. Please note during busier periods, eg Black Friday and Christmas, deliveries can take a few days longer due to volume of packages being handled by couriers. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Delivery to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands

Please allow extra time for delivery, approx 3-10 working days.  Please note, due to Brexit, duty charges may be applied in Ireland at time of delivery, these are out of our control and not paid to Homeys Ltd.

Delivery Addresses

All deliveries will be sent to the Shipping Address supplied on the order form during the checkout process.  This address cannot be amended unless an email is received before the shipment has been sent. When you receive your confirmation email, please ensure your Shipping Details are correct.

We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses and will not refund or resupply the order.
